Michelle's Sourdough provides artisan sourdough bread baked to order. Our services include:

• Local pickup and delivery options

Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

SMS Communications

By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive SMS text messages regarding your order, including confirmations, pickup/delivery updates, and customer service communications
• Message frequency varies based on your order activity
• Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes

• Natural variations may occur between batches due to the artisan nature of our products
• Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering

Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled bake date
• Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for refunds
• If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery
• We will work with you to resolve any issues with your order

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Michelle's Sourdough and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michelle's Sourdough shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
